Contractor No Work Holidays and Hours

Per ARC Guidelines 19.2.1 and 19.2.2 contractors and material deliveries shall only be conducted between 7:00am -7:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am -5:00pm on Saturdays and no holidays.
The Board and ARC have decided to publish the following list of those holidays during which construction and material deliveries shall not take place to avoid confusion. Generally, the no work holidays shall coincide with the days the office is closed, except for the day after Thanksgiving, which shall be considered a workday.

Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
