This is a reminder to all property owners that visiting active build sites is trespassing and dangerous. Build sites are private property and you should not be going onto the property or into the house. Also, your household trash is not to be dumped in any of the construction dumpsters. A $250 fine per occurrence will be levied against a property owner who dumps household trash in a dumpster.

Board Announces Dues Increase

To All Property Owners,

At the September 2022 Board meeting, the Board of Directors approved an increase in the Association Fees of 5% for the 2023 Budget year. This was necessary in order to fund the budget and reserves going forward. The new assessment for Sunset Bay Owners Association for 2023 will be $463.

Boat Trailer Parking

We need to get your tag number, trailer type, and expected duration of stay.
There is a 7 day time limit on trailer parking unless special circumstances/permission allow.

Due to the rain we have had the past couple of days and rain projected thru out the week of 6/7/21, the mowing will look somewhat scattered during this cutting. He will be skipping over steep inclines until it dries up, and then will back track. This is for the safety of his crew. He asks for our patience, but assures us that he will go back to each area that he may have to skip this week.

Please give notice to the Office Administrator a minimum of three days beforehand. This rule was adopted by the SBOA Board on August 15, 2020.

In an effort to comply with the Governors executive order, we will be closing the gym today until April 7th. We appreciate your compliance and will let you know if we will be reopening after April 7th. Please stay safe.

RE: Sunset Bay Gate Keycards

This past week the gate to the private parking and boat ramp was repaired. This means that you will need to make sure you have your security key card or fob with you when you arrive.

If you schedule a maintenance company to service, deliver or pickup your boat they will need access thru this gate. That being said, if you will not be in the area during that time-please contact the office ahead of time to let Jenny know that you have made such arrangements.
