These governing documents describe how Sunset Bay Property Owners Association is to be run. All property owners are urged to carefully review and be familiar with these documents.
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has been established for the purpose of defining aesthetic standards of construction in Sunset Bay and examining and approving or disapproving any and all proposed improvements for a building site within Sunset Bay.
Owners wishing to build or improve a house at Sunset Bay must read the ARC Guidelines document, submit an application, and obtain approval from the ARC before any work can begin. Application forms can be found under BUILDING?/ARC documents or OWNERS/Application for Changes or Additions
Sunset Bay Website Administrators post documents at the discretion of the Sunset Bay Board of Directors. The Sunset Bay Website Administrators are not responsible for the accuracy of the documents posted on the Sunset Bay website.
