BOAT RAMP:
The Sunset Bay boat ramp is for the exclusive use of the property owners. Use at your own risk. There is an entry gate that is opened with your electronic key card. Please do not block the ramp with your car/trailer. Trailer parking is identified on this parking map. Do not park on the grass.

CLUBHOUSE: Open hours 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., accessible via keycard, unless open. Off limits to property owners outside of posted Open Hours.

The Sunset Bay Office Administrator's normal office hours are: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, but closed 12-1 p.m. for lunch. As of December 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025 the office will be closing at noon on Fridays during the winter months.

SUNSET BAY CLUBHOUSE:

Property owners can reserve the clubhouse by contacting the Office Administrator.

CONFERENCE ROOM/LIBRARY:
Sunset Bay has a small conference room/library. Property owners have donated many books, puzzles, and videos to our every expanding library. You may borrow one item at a time. Please return read or new books to the box in the library for refiling by volunteer librarians. Thanks!

EXERCISE ROOM:

The Sunset Bay exercise room has an assortment of fitness equipment to help you keep and stay in shape. The facilities are reserved for our property owners, during posted open hours of 5:00 am - 11:00 pm. Children under 16 are not allowed in the fitness room. Reservations are no longer required for the gym. Masks are optional. Please clean up each piece of equipment after each use as a courtesy to others who use the equipment. See exercise room rules.

HELIPAD:

Sunset Bay has a helipad that can be used by anyone for medical emergencies.

The facilities are reserved for our property owners. There are covered slips, uncovered seasonal slips, HOA slips available for day use by property owners, uncovered slips for rent, and covered slips for rent. Running water and electricity are available. The electronic key card that is provided by the Homeowners Association opens the clubhouse doors and the vehicle entry gate.

The Sunset Bay Mariner's Club is responsible for the marina itself.

PARKING:

Sunset Bay has limited parking. For information, see parking rules and this parking map.

Pickleball/Tennis Courts:
The Sunset Bay facilities are reserved for our property owners and their guests. There are 4 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court. Pickleball and tennis cannot be played at the same time. Please adhere to all rules posted at the courts for safe playing. If playing tennis, please replace pickleball nets to original locations when play is finished.

POOL:

The Sunset facilities are reserved for our property owners and their guests.

SECURITY

The community provides roving security guard service.
