The Officers of the Mariner's Club shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer elected by vote of the Members of the Club. The term of an officer of the Mariner's Club shall be two (2) years alternating with President/Secretary then Vice President and Treasurer. Another Vice President is appointed by the SBOA President to serve as the liaison from the Homeowners Association.
The Officers of the Association acting in the form of a Board of Directors shall have general charge and management of the affairs, funds and property of the Sunset Bay Marina. Said Board of Directors shall have full power, and it shall be their duty to carry out the purposes of the Mariner's Club according to its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. The Board of Directors shall have authority to approve expenditures on behalf of the Mariner's Club.
The Board of Directors, at their discretion, shall set times and days for their meetings as agreed by a majority of the Board. Contact Us
