BUILDERS LIST (Architectural Guidelines Section 2.2)
The Sunset Bay Board of Directors or the Architectural Review Committee does not recommend, approve, or disapprove any of these builders. The builders on this list have provided the necessary documents per ARC Guidelines 2.2. In no case shall the Sunset Bay Owners Association or any of their agents be held liable with respect to any defects in workmanship, loss, liability, claims, code violations or any other expenses which may arise before, during or after construction. (COV 6.07)
We highly recommend that you interview at least 3 builders from this list and contact current Sunset Bay homeowners who have built with them prior to making your selection.
You can run a query in the Address Book to identify homes built for current residents by builders on this list.
