Welcome Committee:

 

The Welcome Committee was formed in 2026 by the HOA board to welcome new homeowners to Sunset Bay and assist them with their acclimation to not only our beautiful community, but the surrounding areas. 

To assist each homeowner on a personal level, a member from the Welcome Committee is assigned to be a “Bay Buddy” to each new homeowner. They will meet with the homeowner and provide them with a welcome packet that consists of emergency forms and helpful information regarding Sunset Bay and all we have to offer, as well as shopping, entertainment, businesses, etc. in our surrounding areas. Having this introduction meeting gives the new homeowner a contact person to reach out to if they have any questions (except for the actual building of their home. The Architecture Review Committee is responsible for all new builds and changes to the outside of existing homes.) 

We are committed to having small group outings throughout the year as new residents move in to help them meet other residents and to experience local restaurants and shopping areas. 

We are committed to a yearly Meet & Greet to give all the new homeowners a chance to meet everyone that moved in that same year. 

We are here to make our new homeowners feel welcome.
