Sunset Bay Property Owner:

The Sunset Bay Mariner’s Club has sold all club-owned slips (memberships) and will not be accepting membership applications at this time. The waitlist will continue to be maintained.  Property owners that wish to have a slip may request to be on the waitlist using the link on the Mariners’ Club website.  The order for an additional 16 slips will be placed in the coming days. These slips have been pre-sold.  The completion timeframe of these docks is late Q1 2023.  Should a slip come available the waitlist will be used to determine the next property owner eligible.  With the inclusion of the dock section being ordered, the marina has built to the maximum capacity of the existing marina permit.  There are no other expansion plans being worked at this time. The Mariners’ Club will monitor the waitlist for membership demand. Future dock expansion could take years to plan and no projected date is available.

 

Property owners who wish to sell or let their slip to other property owners are encouraged to list on our website for sale section or contact those on the Mariners Club waitlist directly.   Forms for transfers or rentals may be found on the Mariners’ Club website. Property owners and prospective property owners with questions about memberships (slips) will be directed to the Mariners’ Club website for timely information.
